Tour The Den

Stop by our leasing office at 43 Burt Latham Road in Willington, Connecticut, to tour both The Den Cedar Ridge and The Den Hunting Lodge. Our office is also a resource for residents to connect with our friendly staff whenever needed.

Furnished & Unfurnished Apartments

All apartments are originally unfurnished. Furniture packages are available upon request. All furniture packages will be placed in your unit before you move into your new home.

Payments

Installments can be paid via check, money order, or conveniently through our online resident portal. Payments are due on the first of each month.

Pet Policy

The Den is a Pet-Friendly community. Please call for details to ensure that your furry friend is documented and registered appropriately.

Qualify Without a Guarantor

No guarantor is no problem with LEAP at leapeasy.com. Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or co-signer. You can choose Leap right away by notifying the office, or you’ll be opted in after a designated time without a guarantor. Restrictions may apply.

Roommate Matching

Each resident fills out a section of the application with their roommate matching preferences. We use those preferences to find the best roommate option for you.

Transportation to UConn

The Den Cedar Ridge offers a private shuttle to UConn and The Den Hunting Lodge is on UConn Purple Bus Line.

Utilities

Take the guesswork out of the equation at The Den. Electricity, Internet, Water, Garbage, and Sewage are covered by a $79 monthly fee.

Individual Leasing

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is your student’s space only—unlike many apartments or rental houses with joint leases. That means if a roommate transfers or moves out for any reason, you don’t have to worry about covering their portion.
