The Den is designed and marketed exclusively to students attending local colleges. The per-person resident contracts are designed with students and their families in mind. The Den is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes, among other residents, students with spouses, partners and/or children at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space occupied in a unit. In order to appropriately match roommates in shared units with other college students, roommate consent is required for any non- student resident.
